Shipping costs and minimum order size.
As you may have noticed, Marindex has not increased its delivery costs for 4 years. Unfortunately, we are also unable to avoid an increase. This means that, starting from June 1, 2016, the shipping cost per pallet will rise by €2.50, and the cost for individual parcels will rise by €1.00. These increases are due to rising packaging and transport costs. For now, the free shipping threshold will remain at €500.00 excluding VAT.
Additionally, the minimum order threshold of €25.00 will be raised to €50.00. Orders below this amount will incur an additional charge of €17.50, regardless of whether the order is picked up or not.
Goods pickup.
Effective June 2016, goods can only be picked up if they have been ordered at least 24 hours in advance. The order will be prepared, and it must then be picked up. Pickup orders that are not collected within 48 hours of receiving the packing slip from Marindex will be shipped to the customer, and the shipping costs will be charged.
Exceptions to this rule are always possible if the circumstances require it. Please discuss this with Marindex in advance.
